Strategic Relationships Manager – Lending, Risk & Capital Markets

To £60,000 + bonus

Some roles keep you close to the detail. This one puts you in front of the decisions.

You’ll work with lenders, funders and investors who need an independent view before they commit capital or continue backing a platform.

They’re not looking for a product. They’re looking for judgement.

Typically, the conversations start with:

  • “Can you sense check how this credit risk framework is actually being applied?”
  • “Does the portfolio performance stack up beyond the reporting?”
  • “Are arrears, collections or underwriting operating as expected?”
  • “Where are the risks in this book that aren’t immediately visible?”

You’ll lead those conversations.

Understand the context, shape the brief, and work with internal specialists to deliver a clear, credible outcome.

The role is home-based, with regular client meetings in London and occasional time with the wider team. It suits someone comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and building relationships over time.
