Depot Supervisor

Monday to Friday

Abatec are currently recruiting for a Depot Supervisor to join an infrastructure contractor on a temporary basis in Cirencester.

This role will support ongoing project works and will involve a mixture of office-based duties and site supervision. The successful candidate will assist with the coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site supervision and coordination of day-to-day site activities• Undertake site measurement and maintain accurate records• Order plant and materials on a daily basis to support site operations• Carry out site inspections and inductions prior to work commencing• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date site diary• Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site• Provide Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) input to clients and designers• Produce and adhere to project works programmes• Actively promote and maintain positive staff morale on site• Willingly undertake any reasonable task requested by management

About You

• Previous experience within a construction or infrastructure site supervision role• Good understanding of CDM regulations and site safety procedures• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities• Ability to maintain site documentation including diaries, reports, and measurements• Good communication and organisational skills• Full UK driving licence preferred
