Duties of a Customer Service / Client Support Advisor:
- Providing exceptional customer support via live chat (no support tickets)
- Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Supporting the wider team to ensure a resilient and responsive service
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience within customer service or client support
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once (live chat environment)
- A proactive and positive approach
- Ability to work full-time in the office (this role is not hybrid)
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
