Manchester start-up Tech business with a very innovative HR/RecTech software platform for large businesses to manage their recruitment experience with AI.
Having brought on an impressive list of well known brand names as customers, they are looking to add another Account Executive (AE)to the team.
You will be working from their Manchester offices 3/4 days per week, with a day to home work.
They would like someone in the Greater Manchester area, who have 2+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or Technology sector. If you have experience working as a deal closing sales person in a SaaS business, conducting a 100% outbound role, this is perfect. A recruiter background would also be a good fit. You will probably be looking to make your first or second career move in sales.
The role is about new customers, prospecting and booking meetings conducting demos, discussing contracts and closing deals -so you must be comfortable in new business sales over the telephone and video. You will be supported by SDR’s and there is also a strong Marketing team and some marketing tools that you’ll be able to utilise.
The company is growing quickly and had a large investment last year. The investing group has a fantastic track record in growing successful technology businesses. There will be lots of career opportunities for this individual as the business grows, with expected progression to a SeniorAccount Executive position in around 12-18 months.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following:
– New business SaaS or Technology sales person, comfortable with prospecting, cold calls, lead generation, attending events and utilising a CRM system.
– You must have experience in CLOSING deals, not just purely lead/appointment generation.
– Will have worked as an SDR / BDR / BDE role or similar. A recruitment background would also work very well.
– 2 years +in B2B sales, in a new business role, ideallyin for a Technology business
– Greater Manchester based and (ideally) able to drive
– Comfortable with Hybrid working, office (City Centre), 3/4 daysx per week
– Degree educated preferred though not essential
