We are working with a well-established UK manufacturer specialising in high-performance converting and processing equipment, supplying customers across Europe and North America.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining specialist machinery at customer sites worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of industrial machinery at customer sites
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and maintenance
- Providing technical support both remotely and on-site
- Delivering operator training to customers
- Supporting continuous improvement and service delivery
- Extensive travel across the UK and internationally
Requirements
- Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification
- Experience with industrial machinery / automation / control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
