Factory Operative

**FRIDAYS OFF – OR WORK AS OVERTIME** Our client, a processor of bricks, based in DROITWICH are looking for Factory Operatives to join their team.

Training provided and ongoing positions possibly leading to a permanent role following a successful trial period.

Duties Include:

• Operating Machinery
• Loading and Unloading
• Palletising and labelling
• Making up display samples
• General Housekeeping

This is physical work which can involve lifting weights of upto 25kg. Some duties involve mathematical skills in the form of measuring and calculating areas. Attention to detail is also important.

Shift (Monday-Thursday):

• Monday-Wednesday (Apply online only)
• Thursday (Apply online only)
• Overtime on Fridays (Apply online only)

Pay Rate:

• 12.71 per hour19.06 per hour (after 39 hours)
• 25.42 per hour Bank Holiday
