Job Description:

Blue Arrow are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to work in an office in Birmingham city centre.

Our client is a Building Management company and all looking for someone who can work effectively on their own and be able to communicate to clients.

Hours: 8am-6pm

Immediate start

Pay rate: 13.45 per hour

Our client is looking for a confident and reliable Receptionist to manage the day-to-day tasks.

Job duties include:

  • Visitor Management: Welcoming clients/visitors, and managing sign-in
  • Front Desk & Administration: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organising mail.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication
  • IT proficiency – MS Office
  • Experience – 1-2 years experience as a building receptionist.
  • Professional and welcoming appearance
