Join our Retail Annuities team as a Data Analyst and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful data that drives decision-making across Pricing and Underwriting, Sales and Distribution, and Customer Services. Delivering high-quality management information that supports effective business decisionsEnsuring consistency in reported data and improving processes in line with our data strategyIdentifying and prioritising business data requirements to enhance reporting and insightsCollaborating with stakeholders to respond to ad-hoc information requests efficientlyBuilding strong relationships across teams and providing guidance on data best practicesAdhering to governance standards and maintaining accurate documentation and user guidesSupporting fair customer outcomes by ensuring accuracy in all customer-related dataDriving continuous improvement in data processes and reporting capabilitiesQualificationsWho we’re looking for:
Proven experience working with large datasets and strong attention to detailAbility to manipulate and transform data to create reliable datasetsSkilled in producing management information using analytical toolsProficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and macrosExperience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable)Knowledge of database technologies like Snowflake and SQL (desirable)Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teamsAbility to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and deliver impactWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
