We’re looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer – Mechanical Bias who will deliver high‑quality maintenance across the Marsh McLennan contract, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant building operations across the London portfolio.Role Responsibilities:• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and fault-finding across multiple sites.• Deliver service, maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems including ventilation (AHUs, intakes/extract), heating and cooling (FCUs), and water systems (calorifiers, water heaters etc.).• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to queries, reporting defects and ensuring clients are kept informed of all activities.• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial actions.• Ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of building systems across corporate office environments.Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.• Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).• Strong background in facilities management or mobile maintenance within commercial environments.• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards, with strong communication skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer-focused approach.• Experience in commercial mechanical and electrical building maintenance.• Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS Clearance (processing time may take up to 1 month).There’s a place for you at Mitie, join us today! #EngGen Our market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.
