Job OverviewThis role is key to the scheduling appointments, liaising with site and laboratory teams, and delivery of client reports on time. By separate written agreement, some staff may additionally require to provide quality checking of survey reports issued. Main Duties Scheduling of appointments with site managers, contacts or residentsProactive Client liaison including timely responsiveness to client requestsSurveyor and laboratory liaisonGeneral duties in relation to accurate data and information handling including use of spreadsheetsProgramme managementClient KPI monitoring – ensuring client reports are provided in an agreed timely mannerMaximising efficiency and profitabilityGeneral contract reviewQuality control reviews of surveys (Where applicable)General reasonable administration duties as requiredEscalation of issues to managementWorking proactively as part of a team and with other internal teams (including the laboratory) to ensure client and company goals are achieved.Upholding company mission vision and values What we are looking for Attention to detailProficient in Excel and WordAbility to work to tight deadlinesExperience in delivering a quality and professional service to clientsExperience communicating with clients at an administrative levelExperience of working with Excel, Word and software databases Our market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.
