Warehouse Supervisor with Import/ExportChessington with parking, office-based role £35, + 7.5% bonus (rising to 10% after 12 months) plus 23 days holiday plus BH, + attendance bonus, EAP, gift incentives, social events, foodie Fridays, pool table and games!!! Mon-Thurs 8:00-17:30, Fri 8:00-15:30 – early finish Fridays! Will accept a Warehouse Supervisor looking for their step up!We’re looking for an experienced Export & Warehouse professional to take over from a longstanding team member. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves logistics, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys working in a supportive, relaxed, and wellrun environment.You’ll be the goto person for international exports, secure packing, documentation, and courier negotiation, while also overseeing a small, experienced warehouse team who know their jobs and work well together.If you want a role where you can own your area, feel appreciated, and avoid the stress of huge warehouse operations – this is the perfect next step.What You’ll Be DoingManaging exports of highvalue goods, including large machines and thousands of specialist spare partsPreparing all export documentation, customs forms, and commodity/HS codesEnsuring secure wrapping, loading, and dispatch of bulky and sensitive shipmentsNegotiating and challenging courier/freight rates to get the best dealsWorking with air, sea, and road transport partnersEnsuring compliance and accuracy at every stageOverseeing goodsin, goodsout, and daily workflowsMaintaining stock accuracy and documentationEnsuring a safe, tidy, wellorganised warehouse environmentOccasional forklift/counterbalance work (licence preferred)We’re Looking For Someone WhoHas exports (goods in and out overseas) experienceUnderstands shipping regulations, documentation, duties, and commodity codesHas worked with highvalue goods, spares, or technical productsMay come from logistics, aviation cargo, premium goods, or specialist parts environmentsIs confident negotiating rates with couriers and freight companiesWhat You’ll LoveA stable, happy team with no micro-managementEarly finish every FridayA role where accuracy and common sense are valued more than speedCompetitive bonus rising after 12 monthsA genuinely supportive employer with longserving staffOffice Angels is an employment agency.
