Role: Service Centre ManagerStart Date: ASAPContract Type: PermanentLocation: BathgateHours: Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pmSalary: 40-50k DOEWe’re looking for a proactive and motivated Service Centre Manager to support the running of our clients busy Service Centre in Bathgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring that the Service Centre is performing against all agreed targets/budgets and managing all costsConsistently motivating employees, as this has a direct impact on atmosphere and general feel good factor;  to an effect that you get the best from the team Creating management reports on a monthly basis, dealing with all aspects of P&LLiaising with the Sales team in order to develop new sales opportunities and grow the businessEnsuring that all aspects of work and process are carried out in-line with Health and Safety guidelinesEnsuring there is effective and clear communication to all employees within the Service CentreSkills & Experience:Previous management experienceStrong communication and organisational skills.IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Practical knowledge of Health & Safety at work.Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and maintain high standards.Full UK driving licence required.IOSH Managing Safely certification (desirable)Previous experience within the hire industry (desirable)Experience with P&L management (desirable)Interested?
