This is a unique opportunity for someone from a mechanical or engineering background to build a long-term career in a specialist environment, with structured training and clear progression.This role suits someone practical, detail-focused and eager to learn, who enjoys working with equipment and components in a fast-paced industrial setting.The RoleAssist with quality inspection activities in line with written company proceduresPrepare components for inspection, including set-up and equipment adjustmentCarry out a high level of manual handling of componentsSupport the maintenance and care of inspection tools and equipmentComplete assigned tasks safely, accurately and efficientlyWork under the close guidance of experienced Engineers on well-defined technical tasksManage workload and priorities in line with targets set by your supervisorTake initiative and lead small tasks when requiredAbout YouEducated to a good standard in Maths, Science, Mechanical Engineering or similarPractical, reliable and keen to build a technical careerComfortable working nights and in an industrial environmentAble to follow procedures while thinking logically and methodicallyOrganised, proactive and able to manage time effectivelyDemonstrates an interest in quality inspectionBenefitsLong term work, with view to go permanentOption to be paid weekly or monthly whilst employed by agencyPay increase after 12 weeksOn site parking24/7 support from the agencyThis is an excellent entry point into a specialist industry, offering full training, long-term stability and genuine career progression into advanced technical roles.
