Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for a leader who can bring structure, governance, and technical depth to API integrations, data migration activities, environment readiness, and system configuration across the programme. The successful candidate will work closely with IT teams, security, FMS operations, and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth, secure, and well-governed transition into the new Azure environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end migration of CAFM environments from Denmark-hosted infrastructure into a UK Azure cloud environment in line with UK Government and ISS security frameworks. Define and maintain the technical migration plan, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming or re-architecting activities. Oversee configuration of the new UK CAFM environment, including workflows, classifications, calendars, workgroups, security roles and reporting. Lead the design, documentation and testing of API integrations between the migrated CAFM system and client CAFM solutions, ISS Maximo, and other internal/third-party platforms. Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading activities, ensuring robust validation, audit processes and sign-off controls. Coordinate accreditation, security approvals and environment readiness activities to ensure full compliance with ISS and UK Government standards. Maintain a full migration project plan including RAID management, cross-workstream coordination, workshops, UAT management and cutover planning. Lead operational transition activities including defining KPIs and SLAs, establishing monitoring and support models, and completing BAU handover with full documentation. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Technical Proven experience delivering CAFM migrations or implementing CAFM platforms (e.g., Concept, Maximo, Tririga). Strong understanding of Azure cloud hosting, security and infrastructure. Expertise in REST APIs, integration design, authentication models, error handling and ISS-aligned integration patterns. Ability to translate FM operational processes into effective digital workflows. Project & Delivery Strong multi-workstream project management capability across complex digital transformation programmes. Experience managing cross-border migrations with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Excellent documentation skills across migration plans, configuration records, test scripts and API specifications. Data High competency in data analysis, transformation and quality assurance. Experience working with complex asset, location and request-class datasets. Personal & Interpersonal Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Proactive problem solver with strong analytical thinking and resilience under pressure. Able to work independently while driving collaborative outcomes in an agile environment.
