We manage continuous improvement through robust self-evaluation and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. Our two schools are seeking 2 enthusiastic Pupil Support Workers to join our collaborative team. It is likely that 1 will be mainly based at Bridgend PS and the other mainly at Winchburgh PS. There may be occasions when cover is required in the other setting. The successful candidate will work as part of a forward-thinking team, bringing a knowledge of child development and will respond to the individual needs of each child, providing high quality interactions and supporting learning experiences. There will be elements of supervision outdoors, supporting play activities as well as working in collaboration with teaching and other support staff to ensure a positive learning environment for all learners.
