Beaton Associates is a real estate brokerage firm involved in the disposal and acquisition of commercial properties, this includes a variety of building types for example industrial, office, retail, student and hotels etc. We are currently looking to recruit two people to work with the existing team.
We are seeking a research assistant to collate information on various commercial properties into a concise presentation document for weekly presentation meetings. Good attention to detail, experience in windows and Microsoft applications essential
- Salary £29,000 + regular performance bonuses, 8% pension, including free gym access and monthly educational / entertainment and sporting events
- Office based 8-5pm, all equipment will be provided. Based in Grade A office with roof top terrace (33 Broadwick Street, Soho – above Soho Radio) within the west end of London.
- Data Collection: Gather data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, interviews, databases, and online resources.
- Report Preparation: Prepare presentations to communicate research.
- Database Management: Maintain and update research databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
