Cover Supervisor

Our client School is seeking a talented and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our classrooms, providing cover for teachers and ensuring our students continue to receive a high-quality education. Preferred Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree-level education or equivalent
• Proven track record of successful teaching or educational support experience
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
