About the Role
- Respond promptly and professionallyto telephone and email enquiries from colleagues and customers, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the Control Room Teamto maintain consistent, transparent, and ongoing communication regarding daily operations and service updates.
- Monitor and manage the employee tracking and scheduling system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Compile and deliver accurate reportson incidents and operational events, sharing insights with both management and clients as required.
- Complete all necessary documentationefficiently, escalating issues appropriately and in a timely manner when needed.
- Liaise effectively with all departmentsacross the organisation to support seamless operations and cross-functional coordination.
- Utilise FRG systems proficientlyto carry out daily tasks and contribute to the smooth running of control room operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to provide a full 5-year employment and/or education history, including addresses and landline contact details for verification purposes.
- Must have a CCTV Licence
- Exceptionalattention to detailwith a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable, with a professional appearance and a proactive attitude.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and customers.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in aControl Room environment.
