We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator to join a well-established and growing company specialising in architectural metalwork. Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled and supportive production team.

 

The Role

You will be responsible for the fabrication of a range of architectural metalwork products, working primarily with stainless and mild steel. Projects include:

  • Staircases
  • Balustrades
  • Balconies
  • Secondary steelwork
  • Wall rails
  • Glazed canopies

The role requires a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural metalwork fabrication
  • Proficient in TIG and MIG welding
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience using general workshop machinery, including:
  • Bending equipment
  • Linishing tools
  • Drilling machines
  • Ironworkers
  • Saw cutting equipment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience in finishing and polishing stainless steel

 

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Overtime available
  • 25 days holiday + pension
  • On-site parking
