We are looking for an experienced Technical Support person for a well-established company in the North Tyneside area.

Role

• Being a first point of contact for installation engineering queries.
• Offering troubleshooting advice via phone or teams
• Training installers

Requirements

• Ideally having held a technical support role for a company with installation teams
• A good understanding of electrical systems, or technical mindset around this.
• Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex systems
• Strong problem solving skills, transparency and willing to go the extra mile
• Must have excellent spoken and written English to be considered.

This isnota software support role; we are looking for people with an electrical or electronic bias.
