The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established UK company that delivers bespoke lighting control and smart building solutions into high-profile developments.
They’re known for an engineering-led approach, working closely with consultants and design teams to shape systems from the very beginning.
This is a front-end role, focused on influencing projects before they go to tender.
The Role
You’ll work directly with consultants, architects and developers to get systems designed into projects early, ensuring solutions are specified correctly from day one.
This is not about pushing products. It’s about guiding design decisions and adding technical value.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building relationships with M&E consultants and design teams* Securing specifications at concept and design stage* Providing technical guidance on lighting control systems* Producing system layouts, designs and technical submissions* Supporting projects through design and tender phases* Working closely with sales and delivery teams
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in specification, design or technical sales* Background in lighting controls, BMS, electrical or smart buildings* Comfortable influencing consultants and design decisions* Strong technical understanding of building services* Ability to read drawings and contribute to system design
