This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the HomeManager to ensure the correct care is provided to residents & the right support is provided to staff.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Support the Home Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations and maintaining high standards of care.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Active NMC Pin
- Previous nursing home experience (Minimum 3 years)
