Our client is a market leading engineering/manufacturing company, they are now recruiting for a HR Business Partner.
The Role
- Working with department leaders to drive initiatives that support business goals.
- Overseeing succession planning, talent development and workforce planning.
- Coaching senior managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Supporting the business in navigating organizational changes and transformations.
- Using workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high employee morale.
The Person
- Must have previous HR experience ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background.
- Proven experience with complex employee relation issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent I.T. Skills-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
- Ideally hold a CIPD level 5 qualification.
