This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while effectively leading and managing your team.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Lead and manage all staff to ensure high-quality care and a positive working environment.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards, health & safety, and company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including resident care, staff scheduling, and service improvements.
Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Minimum of 6 month previous Home Management experience/ 2 years a supernumerary Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 5 (Health & Social Care)/Registered Nurse Qualification
