Service Engineer (FLT)

Connect Appointments are recruiting a Service Engineer (Forklift Trucks) to join our client’s Cumbernauld-based facility.

What’s on offer?

• A full-time permanent opportunity
• Salary of 40,000 to 45,000 per annum (DOE)
• Company vehicle
• No stand-by or call-out work

Working as a Service Engineer you will be undertaking the servicing and/or repairing of the fleet of forklift trucks. Other duties will include:

• Using a variety of specialist equipment and tools
• Liaising with Service Coordinator regarding parts

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working with a variety of forklift trucks or similar vehicles, as well as:

• Previous experience having serviced and maintained diesel, electric, and gas forklifts (advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills
• High awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental
