Painting & Decorating Location: Fenchurch Street, London Salary: £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Painting & Decorating Engineer to join a prestigious corporate site in Fenchurch Street. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end, professional environment with a strong focus on quality and presentation.

The Role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating works across the site, alongside supporting with general maintenance tasks to ensure the building is maintained to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating works (planned and reactive)
• Surface preparation, finishing, and touch-ups to a high standard
• Supporting with general building maintenance tasks as required
• Working within a corporate environment, maintaining a professional approach at all times
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
• Liaising with colleagues and site management to ensure minimal disruption
