This is a senior, hands-on systems leadership role in a respected membership organisation at an exciting point in its development. You’ll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of HIS’s core systems, including CRM, LMS, website integrations and finance systems, while exploring how automation, AI and data insight can enhance member experience and organisational effectiveness.

18-month FTC (with potential to become permanent)
Salary
c£50,000 (dependent on experience)

You’ll be responsible for
- Owning and optimising the organisation’s data & CRM ecosystem
- Leading systems integration across CRM, LMS, finance and website platforms
- Strengthening reporting, dashboards and data governance
- Supporting membership model changes and digital delivery
- Advising senior leadership on systems strategy, automation and AI opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone with significant SYSTEMS & CRM ownership experience, strong systems thinking, and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
