Care Coordinator Full-time, Permanent We are looking for an organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, values-led team delivering high-quality care within the community. As a Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the service, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Coordinating care schedules and rotas to ensure continuity of care Communicating effectively with Care Professionals, clients and families Supporting the onboarding of new care packages Maintaining accurate care records and system updates Supporting with general office administration and enquiries Experience within domiciliary care, ideally in a coordination or senior care role Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person Experience using care systems (e.g. scheduling or care planning software) is desirable Full UK driving licence preferred Opportunity to develop within a growing care service If you’re passionate about care and enjoy bringing organisation and structure to a busy service, we’d love to hear from you….
