Children’s Home Registered Manager 50,000 per annum starting salary plus Ofsted bonus Our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to supporting children and young people, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead the setup of a brand-new home in Preston. Leading the establishment of a new children’s home, ensuring it meets all regulatory standards and is a safe, nurturing environment. Managing the referral process and having autonomy over admissions to ensure the right young people are supported. Overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management, and maintaining high standards of care. Building strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies to support positive outcomes. A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with a focus on their well being and development. Experience in managing children’s homes, particularly EBD (Emotionally and Behaviourally Difficult) settings. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
