As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of the Production Optimized portfolio in Upstream Chemicals. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, functions, and geographies to develop and implement a strategic vision to improve the financial health of the portfolio.
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the overall portfolio strategy and working with cross‑functional teams (including technology, sales & commercial, supply chain, and service delivery) to execute the set strategy driving profitable market share growth in the Production Optimization portfolio.
- Technology road map development and successful launches of new products, including achieving set New Product Revenue (NPR/NPI) targets
- Product life‑cycle management, including portfolio rationalization
- Building brand recognition in alignment with marketing efforts for differentiated products
- Generating market intel, voice of customer information, and competitor analysis
- Engaging with sales and commercial team to set floor pricing for products in the portfolio
- Driving non‑supply chain related product cost out activities such as product swaps
- Regional portfolio alignment to ensure optimized sales of the correct products in each market

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 15+ years of upstream chemicals experience
- Have significant experience within Oilfield Chemicals
- Have previous experience with operations, sales, and/or technology development within the upstream chemicals space xwzovoh
- Possess a strong understanding of business financials
- Have experience developing and implementing strong process improvement initiatives
- Have demonstrated project management skills
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) for business
