This branch is a high performer with an office team of 12 taking up to 30 new properties per month. We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year’s estate agency experience to match buyers to properties.

The Role
- Meeting and greeting Buyers and Vendors
- Matching buyers to houses
- Negotiating deals with Vendors and Buyers.
- Generating Viewings
- Introducing and converting in-house services such as Conveyancing and Financial Services Leads
- Conduct Viewings
- Tying up offers
