Profiles Creative are hiring for a live events agency that are seeking an operations focused project/production manager, managing logistics and resource end to end. You’ll be working with major clients in the broadcasting sector on live events, shows and multi-platform productions. This is a operational-focused role with strong production/logistics experience required – broadcasting isn’t a deal breaker but is helpful, live events/concert style experience is the key focus. This is a permanent role with a forward thinking agency that work in an entertaining sector!
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end production and operational management of large-scale live events in the broadcasting space
- Oversee full project lifecycle from concept development through to final delivery
- Ensure effective project planning, milestones, and production processes are in place and adhered to
- Manage all production resources including budgets, cost tracking, contracts, suppliers, crew, and freelancers
- Coordinate and deliver complex multi-site productions
- Ensure compliance with broadcast standards, technical specifications, and health & safety regulations
- Project manage global logistics including freight, visas, travel, accommodation, and venues
- Lead and manage on-site production teams across multiple international locations
The Candidate:
- Experience in live show and concert production
- Proven track record delivering large-scale shows and live events
- Experience managing complex, multi-platform productions across stage, TV, and digital
- Strong background in managing large budgets and overseeing complex logistics
- Ability to lead and motivate production teams in high-pressure live environments
