Our client is a specialist consultancy delivering complex digital and cloud transformation programmes into highly secure public sector environments. They partner with organisations to modernise legacy estates, design future-state architectures and unlock value through cloud adoption. Due to growing demand for strategic cloud advisory support, they are seeking an experienced Management Consultant – Cloud Strategy to lead enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
THE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – CLOUD STRATEGY ROLE
As a Management Consultant specialising in Cloud Strategy, you will define and shape enterprise cloud roadmaps across secure, mission‑critical environments, ensuring alignment between technology investment and long‑term business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing enterprise cloud strategies across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- Defining cloud adoption roadmaps, operating models and governance structures
- Advising on migration approaches, legacy modernisation and platform rationalisation
- Engaging senior stakeholders to align cloud transformation with organisational objectives
- Supporting business case development, value articulation and investment planning
- Ensuring security, compliance and risk considerations are embedded into cloud strategy
MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – CLOUD STRATEGY ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise cloud strategy
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or GCP environments
- Experience shaping cloud operating models and governance frameworks
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical strategy into business outcomes
- Experience operating within secure or highly regulated environments
- Enhanced DV clearance (essential)
