Our Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax team within the Real Estate group.   • Acting as overall deal architect – making a call on content, tone and focus of a report; taking responsibility for successful delivery and management of your projects.
  • Working with the partners and directors to identify opportunities to add value for our clients through additional services and proactively manage project risk profile when leading proposals and kicking off new pieces of work.
  • Setting the standard for coaching on projects; take time to get to know the team and their objectives; make upskilling a priority for the team where appropriate.
  • Investing in your client relationships and key client stakeholders to get to know your clients’ business concerns and priorities.Must possess an accounting or tax qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
  • You have experience of working on Real Estate projects for key clients or a track record of advising on UK corporate tax.
  • You have experience of leading and coaching others.
  • You have experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks.
