As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. We are looking for candidates who are able to work ONLY NIGHTS and also able to work a FULL ROTA INCLUDING NIGHTS. This would suit individuals who would like to only work nights on a permanent basis as well as those able to take part in a full and equitable rota.M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
