Senior Building Surveyor – Client-Side / Consultancy Experience Oxford | Permanent | Full-Time I’m working with a growing and forward-thinking construction consultancy based in Oxford that is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. You’ll be joining a collaborative and close-knit team in Oxford, working alongside Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and fellow Building Surveyors. Projects are varied and high-profile, spanning sectors such as: Commercial Heritage Public & private sector developments Experienced in delivering projects within a consultancy environment Confident managing client relationships and project delivery Leading site inspections, identifying defects, and advising on solutions Managing and delivering projects across multiple sectors Ensuring compliance with building regulations and H&S standards Maintaining high-quality documentation and professional standards Commercial awareness with a client-focused mindset Proficiency with surveying tools, CAD, and relevant software Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdditional experience in sustainability and building performance would be beneficial but is not essential.
