We’re working with a well-established, values-led food manufacturing business in the Lanarkshire area to find an experienced Learning & Development Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a genuine commitment to quality, people, and community. As L&D Trainer, you’ll be responsible for: Designing and delivering engaging training sessions across the business, from onboarding to professional development Creating and managing blended learning programmes (including e-learning content) Collaborating with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps Ensuring all compliance and mandatory training is completed and well-documented Promoting a positive learning culture that supports employee growth and retention Some flexibility is required for occasional training during evenings or weekends.
