We’re partnered with a fast-growing, category-challenging wellness brand, operating in the vitamins and supplements space, that’s building serious momentum across retail and direct-to-consumer.
They’ve already built a base of 50,000 active subscribers.
Now they need someone to help double it – sustainably.
The Role
This is a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager role, reporting directly to the CMO, with real ownership across acquisition, performance, and subscription growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Scaling new customer acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC
- Driving subscription conversion and active subscriber growth
- Owning performance across Meta, Google, TikTok
- Leading creative testing, landing page optimisation & experimentation
- Improving LTV through retention and journey optimisation

- Strong hands‑on experience across Meta & Google paid channels
- Exposure to subscription models and how to scale them effectively
- Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROI and attribution
- Experience managing agencies and owning performance outcomes
- Commercial mindset – knows how to balance scale vs efficiency
