This role is about more than standing on a forecourt. You’ll be selling carefully selected, enthusiast-focused vehicles that have been professionally maintained and prepared in-house. Alongside selling, you’ll also play an active role in sourcing and acquiring the right vehicles to bring into stock, helping to keep our offering fresh, desirable and profitable.

The Role

  • Selling a wide range of used and specialist vehicles to retail customers
  • Managing enquiries from phone, email and online platforms
  • Proactively generating sales through your own outreach and follow-up
  • Valuing and purchasing vehicles for resale
  • Preparing vehicles for sale in collaboration with our workshop and prep team
  • Managing deals from first enquiry through to handover
  • Ensuring strong margins and stock turn performance

About You

  • Proven experience in used car sales (specialist or performance background a bonus)
  • Confident closer with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good understanding of vehicle sourcing and valuation
  • Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working independently within a small, ambitious team
