With a strong reputation for innovation and service excellence, they work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties– Servicing and maintaining commercial gas and heating systems Fault-finding and reactive repairs Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Working across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Representing a professional and customer-focused business on-site What We’re Looking For: Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1 etc.) Strong background in commercial building services Experience within HVAC / FM environments A proactive, reliable engineer who takes pride in their work Full UK driving licence What You’ll Get in Return: £55,000 basic salary Regular overtime available (or not if you would prefer not to!)
