The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Financial Services Institution to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to its Channel Island’s office, to start as soon as possible. You will already be at Manager or Senior Manager level within either an accountancy firm, with strong financial services experience, or in a financial services institution
The Role
- Managing a team and their recruitment, training and development
- Responsible for overseeing the administration of captive insurance and non – insurance companies
- Production and review of Management Accounts, Statutory Accounts and other reporting
- Review of budgets and forecasts
- Internal controls and legal compliance
- Attendance at client Board meetings and liaising with external advisors
- Company Secretarial duties
- Supervision, review and analysis of investment reports and profitability
The Candidate
- Fully qualified ACCA / ACA or equivalent
- An experienced Manager or Senior Manager in an Accountancy Firm or Financial Services Institution
- Financial Services experience particularly Insurance and/or Funds, would be advantageous but is not essential
