Job Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in executing the Group marketing strategy across Helix International Group’s specialist brands; Ark Workplace Risk, QUOODA, and Firetecnics Systems. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is a hands‑on role responsible for delivering high‑impact marketing and communications activity that drives brand visibility, demand generation, thought leadership and commercial growth. In a Private Equity‑backed, performance‑driven environment, you will translate strategic direction into compelling campaigns, high‑quality content and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with technical experts, commercial teams and external partners to position Helix’s businesses as market leaders in risk, compliance and safety solutions.

What You’ll be DoingGo-To-Market Execution

  • Support product launches, service campaigns and brand initiatives across the Group, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all channels.

Content & Communications

  • Contribute to the delivery of an integrated communications strategy.
  • Produce engaging, commercially focused content across digital channels including websites, blogs, email, social media and sales enablement materials.
  • Work with internal technical experts to translate complex regulatory and compliance topics into clear, compelling messaging that communicates value and drives engagement.

Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning

  • Create thought leadership assets such as white papers, industry reports and case studies.
  • Support industry engagement through events, conferences and webinars.
  • Leverage internal expertise to develop content that strengthens credibility and market differentiation.

Reporting & Performance

  • Produce weekly and monthly campaign and channel performance reports.
  • Track key KPIs including engagement, MQLs, SQLs and ROI.
  • Provide insight‑led recommendations to optimise marketing effectiveness and keep stakeholders informed on progress.

Partnerships & Co-Marketing

  • Develop and execute co‑branded initiatives with strategic partners to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Identify partnership opportunities aligned with growth objectives.

Media & PR

  • Build relationships with trade publications and industry influencers.
  • Develop and pitch press releases, articles and thought leadership content to secure relevant media coverage.

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Support sales teams with marketing collateral and campaign assets that enable lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Align marketing activity with CRM and automation workflows.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date library of brand‑aligned sales enablement materials.

RequirementsExperience

  • 4–7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, communications or product marketing.
  • Experience in professional services, technology, compliance, property or built‑environment sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable marketing outcomes and lead generation.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong content creation and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Digitally fluent – comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Ads, email marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capability.
  • Commercially aware and results‑driven.
