The position is ideal for somebody organised, proactive and comfortable working in a multi‑tasking credit control setting.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the full debt collection process, including invoicing, receipting, Direct Debit processing and issuing reminder letters
- Contacting customers to chase overdue payments and handling account queries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate accounting records for customers and ensuring all related invoices are collected
- Processing contract changes such as terminations or transfers in line with company policies
- Supporting the wider finance team with general administrative tasks
