Main Duties

InternationalPartnership Growth

Work withourmarketing and sales team to develop and communicate our partnershipoffer

Onboard and mobilise new partnerorganisations

Introduce opportunities to existing partner networks to grow and develop their programmesoffer

Communicate wider programmesoffer and key deadlines across partnernetwork

Ensure clarity and priority of programme engagement is shared withpartners

InternationalPartnership Management

Develop a deep understanding of our programmes, their operationaldeliveryand the key personnel to support partner queries andresolution

Facilitate regular meetings with partnersonline

Liaise with partnership, sales,financeand candidate management teams to relay partner and programmes team priorities and seek resolutions to partner queries and supportrequests

Identifyand drive improvements to ease management, delivery and growth of our programmes and partnershipoffer

Support partner promotion and communication of our programmesoffer

Meet personal and team KPIs andobjectives

Business Support

Collaborate with other departments to promote Best Practice Network more effectively, and to ensure smooth processing of sales administration.

Identifypossible weaknessesin currentmethodologyto driving continuous improvement within the team and across the wider business.

About you

A strong communicator (written and verbal)

Previouscustomer facing project management,deliveryand relationship managementexperience

Existing knowledge of the education sector

Time management and organisational skills

Be highly competent using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and experienced withdatabase

Be open to change – actively looking for ways to improve processes andoutputs

Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as theyarise

Exceptional administration and organisation

Able to commute to our Bristol Head Office regularly.

Hours of work require flexibility due to the nature of international interaction.
