This is an excellent opportunity for a newly/part qualified external auditor or internal auditor looking to make their first move into industry. The successful candidate will report in to the Internal Audit Manager working 2/3 days a week in their head office in central London. This role provides an opportunity to join a small and hands on team where you will be exposed to multiple areas of the business whilst building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
About the role
You will assist in planning and conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits for hotel properties, evaluating internal controls, processes, and risk management. Document audit findings and share recommendations with senior management and Ownership, ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with hotel teams to foster continuous improvement, follow up on recommendations, and conduct investigations into fraud or misconduct when needed. Undertake ad-hoc projects, provide compliance training, and stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.
