Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing the finance team to deliver best-in-class financial reporting and controlsProviding strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiencyOverseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningManaging cash flow, working capital, and financial riskEnsuring robust financial governance, compliance, and internal controlsPartnering with operational teams to drive profitability and performanceSupporting commercial decision-making, including bids, contracts, and investmentsThe CandidateThe successful candidate will be a highly capable finance leader with strong sector experience and a hands-on approach.Key requirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA essential)Proven experience in a senior finance xwzovoh leadership role, ideally within the construction or manufacturing related sectorStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at board levelExperience managing finance in a £80m£100m turnover business (or similar scale)Excellent leadership and team development skillsA proactive, strategic thinker with strong attention to detailIf you are an ambitious Finance Director looking to make a real impact in a dynamic construction business, we would love to hear from you….
