Job Overview

We are growing fast and this is an exciting time to join us. We are recruiting a driven sales professional to support our next stage of expansion. Our sales team drives our investments business, and this target‑driven role will directly contribute to increasing our revenue pipeline and achieving our ambitious growth goals. This role focuses on selling investment properties to clients who are already signed up to and paid to engage with our service. You’ll take over after the initial consultation stage, guiding clients through the property selection process and helping them confidently proceed with their investment.

We’re seeking a confident, commercially‑minded individual with strong consultative selling skills – someone who thrives in a high‑performance, target‑driven environment and is passionate about helping people make smart investment decisions. You’ll represent the KOVE brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, working with a warm pipeline of engaged investors. You’ll need to be highly organised, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing a portfolio of clients through to deal completion. Role Objective

  • Drive revenue by selling investment properties to existing clients
  • Deliver a high‑quality, consultative sales experience that builds trust and confidence
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs

Responsibilities and DutiesSales & Client Management

  • Guide clients through the process of reviewing and selecting suitable property investments
  • Present deals clearly and effectively, answering questions and handling objections
  • Liaise with internal teams (including Sourcing and Client Care) to ensure accurate and timely deal information is shared with clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep deals moving and ensure a smooth experience
  • Support clients in decision‑making by offering insight, clarity, and reassurance
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Process & Reporting

  • Accurately track client interactions and progress through the CRM
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of available stock and investment options
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to improve conversion rates and sales outcomes
  • Provide input into deal presentation, FAQs, and objection‑handling resources

Skills and ExperienceEssential

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or consultative sales position with direct client/customer engagement
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and reliable in managing a portfolio of clients
  • Proactive and confident in following up and progressing xwzovoh deals

Desirable

  • Background in property sales or investment advisory
  • Understanding of the UK buy‑to‑let or property investment market
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing a structured pipeline
  • Familiarity with investment terminology and decision‑making drivers

  • Basic salary p.a: £30‑32k depending on experience
