Are you a compassionate and resilient primary teacher with experience supporting children with ADHD and related needs? We are working with a well-established, inclusive specialist primary school in Ealing that supports pupils with ADHD, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, autism (ASD), and associated behavioural needs. The school is committed to unlocking the potential of every child through tailored learning, structure, and positive relationships. Now, they are looking for a Primary SEN Teacher with experience in supporting pupils with ADHD to join their dynamic and supportive team. As a class teacher, you’ll lead a small group of pupils with ADHD and related needs. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons that meet their emotional and academic needs, while creating a structured, supportive classroom environment. Designing and delivering personalised, engaging lessons in line with EHCP targets and developmental levels Leading and mentoring Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants in the classroom Monitoring and assessing progress and adapting approaches to suit individual learning styles We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic teacher who understands the unique challenges and strengths of pupils with ADHD and associated needs. xkybehq You may have worked in a mainstream or specialist setting, but must bring a passion for inclusive, pupil-centred teaching.
