Serving up to 450 covers on busy days, the restaurant is part of a growing group with two established sites and a third opening next year. We are seeking a talented Sous Chef with genuine experience in Spanish cuisine and tapas (desired but not essential) to support the Head Chef and confidently step up in their absence.
