Dumfries & Galloway (East Area) with travel across the region

34,990 – £38,408 FTE + competitive benefits package.  Starting salary will be based on skills and experience.  Additional payments for on call (£175 per week) + call outs paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.  Hourly rate £19.79 – £21.72. 

Hours: 34 hour week, worked over 4 days between 8am and 5pm and enjoy a rota that allows long weekend downtime every 5 weeks.

DEICR, Smoke Alarm and Emergency Lighting program of works as well as other multi-skilled duties which include, basic joinery, minor plastering repairs, decoration etc. 

The role is agile with travel across Dumfries & Galloway and reports to the In-House Repairs Team Manager. You’ll need to hold a full, valid, Driving Licence as you will be required to drive as part of this role. Loreburn will provide you with a fully stocked Loreburn van, Power tools, PPE and mobile technology you’ll need to carry out the role.
